Concord CoLab has been operating as a pop-up co-working space. With your support now, we can develop a permanent space to support you in the long term.
Everyone is welcome at CoLab - entrepreneurs, creatives, freelancers, consultants, self-employed, work-at-home, career seekers, small business owners, remote employees, telecommuters, students.
This is YOUR community office space.
Our focus is on promoting local investment in a creative economy. We are building investment and ownership within Concord’s local arts and small business marketplace - which increases and improves equity, engagement, inclusivity, and sustainability for residents in our community.
With capital raised from a direct public offering, we will operate an innovative, Concord-based collaborative co-working hub that provides workspace, educational programs, professional resources and financing to local artists and business entrepreneurs. Our hub will further establish Concord as a dynamic leader for creative and entrepreneurial vitality in the Bay Area, as well as stimulate and support the growth of our city’s tax base.
