As a community of people from all walks of life, we come together around our belief in fair play, critical thinking toward truth, and a democracy that recognizes everyone’s voice and human dignity.
Neto provides training, support and networking for fresh, impassioned leaders who want to work toward creating more engaged, cohesive, equitable, productive and fulfilling communities.
Neto’s annual Unsung Heroes Award Dinner – which, unfortunately, has been on pause since 2020 -- is our effort to seek out and celebrate otherwise unrecognized “heroes” - ordinary people who courageously take action to make our communities kinder, fairer and more cohesive, who restore hope, alleviate suffering, or contribute to a brighter future.
